One, Rotating structure. As an operating component, the rotating structure of the industrial joystick is the core component to achieve movement. The torsion spring structure is widely used in our products, and is usually used in conjunction with the gear pin (or gear structure) and the rotating structure (rotating shaft) to realize the self-reset function of the handle. Advantages: simple structure, can realize rotation reset;

Disadvantages: It is difficult to eliminate the neutral gap, the service life is shorter than that of the compression spring, and only single-axis action can be realized;

The compression spring structure usually cooperates with the slip ring, the compression spring cover, the rotating structure (ball center) and the sliding piece to realize the self-reset function of the handle. Our FJ6, HJ8, FJ9S XY axis, HJ30, HJ60, etc. all adopt this structure. Its advantages and disadvantages are as follows:

Advantages: stable, able to achieve single-axis and dual-axis functions.

Disadvantages: take up space, some structures cannot be applied;


Third, the analog signal conversion structure. The analog signal conversion of the industrial joystick is generally realized in three forms: the magnetic steel Hall structure, the brush resistance chip structure and the finished potentiometer (there are two types of Hall type and brush type). Among them, the magnetic steel Hall structure is widely used in our company. Its working principle is to use the Hall effect principle to sense the change of the position or angle of the magnetic steel through the Hall chip to realize the change of the voltage signal.
