The quality of the industrial joystick controller will not only affect the work efficiency of the operator, but also have a direct impact on the production safety of the operator. Therefore, it is necessary to understand some common problems of industrial joysticks in daily use and maintenance, so as to eliminate handle faults in time.
1. Front and rear direction switch signal failure
The front and rear direction switch signals of industrial handles mainly have the following three implementation methods: micro switches, brush resistors, and electronic relays; so when analyzing the cause of failure, it is necessary to first rule out whether the connection between the handle and the external device interface is good, and then confirm Which mode provides the switch signal. The micro switch is purchased directly from the supplier as an independent switching device, so it is generally not easy to cause problems. When it fails, check whether the cam plate that pushes the micro switch is seriously worn or loose; the brush resistance plate is generally The structural part directly used as the handle is realized by the movement of the brush on the resistance sheet, so the failure is generally caused by the wear of the brush and the ineffective contact with the resistance sheet; the electronic relay is welded on the circuit board and provided by the circuit Therefore, the voltage environment of external access does not meet the requirements, resulting in damage to the relay;
2. The upper end enable switch fails
The enable switch signal is generally provided by a trigger part of the upper handle (that is, the finger holds the push button) to achieve on-off to provide the signal. When it fails, the trigger is generally not pressed firmly or cannot be separated, resulting in unsmooth on-off, pressure. Unsecured means that the trigger finger does not effectively press the switch to the end. It is inseparable from the fact that the switch remains on when the finger is fully released. If there is no problem with the pressing of the trigger, it is the problem of the button itself or the outlet of the button is damaged or the interface connection with the external device.
3. Rocker switch failure
This is more common on aerial work vehicles and mainly results in vehicle steering failure. First, check whether the rocker switch signal directly drives the external device, or drives the external device through the internal circuit board of the handle; if it is provided directly, check whether the reset of the rocker is abnormal, whether the outgoing electronic wire is damaged or whether the welding is poor, and Whether the connector connected to the external device is abnormal; if it is connected to the external device after passing through the circuit board, the failure may be caused by the mismatch between the rated voltage value of the external device and the voltage value output by the handle rocker switch.
